Conduct disorders can be diagnosed with DMDD. Children and adolescents with Conduct Disorders are considered to have behavior problems. They have a great difficulty to follow rules and behave in a socially unacceptable way. They can be bullies at school and initiate fights; they can also be cruel with people and animals. They also present lack of empathy and no sense of remorse and guilt. They are not concerned about their performance at school and they don’t show any kind of emotion or feelings. Children and youths with conduct disorders sometimes misinterpret the intentions of others and react with aggression. They have poor frustration tolerance and present irritability and temper outbursts. These children are at higher risk of developing Antisocial Personality Disorder.
